This notice explains the information used by the website and how to contact GMOA about it.
Website messages
When you contact GMOA, you provide your name, email, optional phone number, reason and message. We use that information to review and respond to your request. A website message does not subscribe you to marketing texts or grant membership.
Messages submitted through the published website are intended for GMOA's review. Basic request information may be used to limit spam and protect the service. Please do not include financial account numbers, identification documents or sensitive medical details.
Membership applications
The membership form asks for contact, address, marital/employment, interest, background and signature information. Its existing process creates an application document, records the application and notifies leadership by email and text.
The current document process uses viewable share links. Anyone who receives or is forwarded a document link may be able to view it. Do not forward application links beyond authorized reviewers. Contact GMOA if you have a question about submitting this information.
Videos, Facebook and calendar
YouTube videos and the Facebook timeline connect to those providers when you choose to load them. The calendar page uses Google Calendar. Those services apply their own privacy practices and may receive browser or device information when loaded. Direct links are available if an embed does not display.
Photos and contributions
Contact GMOA before sending photos or making a contribution. Shared photos are reviewed before website use. Financial contributions follow the giving method confirmed directly with GMOA; this website does not collect card details.
